This generous and rustic favorite offers two slices of golden-toasted levain bread, topped with four thick slices of flavorful Emmental cheese.
The combination of the crispy bread and the nutty, rich cheese creates a perfect balance in every bite. To top it off, we spread whipped butter that melts softly into the bread, along with a sweet and fruity marmalade that lifts the flavors to new heights.

About Äventyrs – The Adventure Museum
Äventyrs – The Adventure Museum in Stockholm was created to inspire people to grow – both as individuals and as a society. For us, adventure is more than extreme expeditions and dramatic landscapes. It is about courage, curiosity, and daring to dream in a world shaped by stress, pressure, and a lack of direction.
We believe many of society’s challenges stem from this very issue: lost dreams. When life is reduced to performance and routine, we lose touch with what makes us feel truly alive. Yet human nature is rooted in exploration, in pushing boundaries, and in turning the impossible into reality.
At Äventyrs, people, nature, and stories from around the world come together. Through photography, film, and documentation, we aim to reignite that inner drive—encouraging reflection, connection, and responsibility for ourselves and the planet. A museum that not only shows what humanity has done, but reminds us of what we are still capable of becoming.
